Deb Gilby

Learning & Development Specialist

Deb has over 30 years experience in learning and development. She excels in facilitation and delivery, with an excellent reputation for reading a group, tailoring content and providing a memorable learning experience. She developed her training skills in the IT sector, before migrating to people skills and has supported a variety of organisations through workplace change in both technical and people-focused areas.

Deb loves to create a climate for “light bulb” moments – seeing people get excited about possibilities, listening to them describe what they are going to do with newly discovered skills and helping them commit to actions that will make a difference.

Deb’s accreditations include CIPD membership, Certified TetraMap® Facilitator, NLP Business Practitioner and she proudly holds a Black Belt Award from Kaizen Training.

Denise Fletcher

Leadership & Management Specialist

Denise has over 20 years experience as a leadership coach and trainer working with small, medium and large organisations across all sectors, including public and not for profit sectors. She specialises in coaching and organisational development and has worked on a number of change projects including Creating Coaching Cultures, Values, Performance Management Processes, Competency Frameworks and Leadership Style Change.

Denise’s qualifications and accreditations include CIPD membership, Masters Level in Business and Executive Coaching and Myers Briggs®.   She is practical, passionate about people and plain speaking.

Jean Atkinson

Sales & Marketing Specialist

Jean is a Chartered Marketer and Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Jean has over 18 years’ international marketing experience. She is also a qualified trainer and runs her own consultancy and training company in Lancashire.

Holding senior marketing positions in International companies, Jean has been providing bespoke sales & marketing training since 2011 with clients including Oxford & Cambridge Assessment Board, Actavis Pharmaceuticals, Country Range Foods, Chill Factore and many more. Jean’s strengths lie not only in her vast experience within sales and marketing, but her applied and consultative approach to learning.

Liz McMichael

Liz is passionate believer that well designed market research insights help businesses to grow. Understanding your customers by asking what they think opens the door to delivering high quality customer experiences as well as building loyalty.

Liz is a problem solver and enjoys the challenge of creating pragmatic and effective research methodologies for organisations that want to know more about their markets, customers, supporters, staff and stakeholders. In addition to Liz’s expertise as a researcher she is a confident and entertaining presenter and has delivered seminars and workshops to a wide range of audiences.

Liz’s strengths lie in her passion for research, her genuine interest in people and her ability to deliver high quality projects on time and within budget.
