What is it?
- Assistance to hard pressed HR/ training departments to put together costed annual training plans that really work
- We use your company business plan as the starting point and basis of your future training needs to meet YOUR training objectives
- We look at existing your company training resources (both trainers and products) to determine their suitability to meet your business plan objectives
- Where necessary we suggest new or updated resources based on our knowledge of the current technology and services to integrate with what you already have to meet your company objectives
- We only use very experienced multi-discipline associate trainers to put the plan together based on your company inputs
- When/ if required we can monitor training outcomes to ensure you get value for money

Grants for Training
Over the past few years we have been instrumental in helping some of our clients gain grants from various sources towards their training. These grants have been up to £7500.
Unfortunately, until such time that the Government completes its spending review there is a moratorium on them. However, looking on the bright side we fully expect that as training will form an integral part of the recovery that such grants will become available again and when they do we will be doing our best to help our customers access them.
