Text Box: Tess has a wide range of experience from a number of business sectors.  She has worked for 19 years in training and learning, both as a developer/designer, deliverer and consultant.  During that period she worked in Retail management with House of Fraser as a Senior Manager  within  HR and Training.

Professionally trained and qualified within both training and coaching industries. A member of the CIPD and the Association of Coaching. The greater part of her career has been working within the consultancy field and running her own training and coaching businesses; creating, designing and delivering business solutions to the Automotive industry, Fire Services, Local authorities, Children Services sector; Food and Drink sector, Textiles, Retail and distribution; Healthcare companies and Housing Associations

Tess has a unique personality that draws people to her and which allows a level of trust and respect to be reached far more quickly than normal. Her energy, enthusiasm and sense of humour contribute to making her a great motivator. Naturally happy and upbeat, she enthuses people. The confidence building workshops can be held as either half day or full day workshops. The intention is to enable individuals to consider their own levels of confidence in a non-threatening environment that is both supportive and motivating.
